Hallo Reisefreunde,

nachdem ich die vergangenen zwei Wochen leider einiges um die Ohren hatte, kam ich erst jetzt dazu die Berichte über meinen Kurztrip nach Athen fertig zu stellen und zu veröffentlichen.

Da die Stadt so viel Faszinierendes zu bieten hat, habe ich mehrere Berichte erstellt.
Den Reisebericht an sich, einen über den schönen Markt, über das leckere Essen und über das Hotel.

unfortunately the last two weeks have been full of work and so I finished my reports about the short trip to  Athens during the last days. Now everything is published.

Because the city offers so many fascinating things, I published several reports.
The travel report itself, one about the beautiful market, the delicious food and the hotel.

Gyros unter dem Tempel – Athen schmeckt mir!

Gerade erst im Land des Gyros angekommen, schon ein solches in der Hand. Und das auch noch vor der kitschig-schönen Kulisse der Akropolis. Mehr Klischees auf einmal können fast nicht bedient werden.

Aber: Der superleckere und frische (und zugegeben, etwas gehaltvolle…) Snack schmeckt einfach zu gut um auf ihn zu verzichten. Egal ob aus Schwein, Rind, Hühnchen oder sogar als rein vegetarische Version lässt er mich vollkommen in die Welt der griechischen Kulinarik eintauchen.

Und die Akropolis? Die wurde per Pedes erklommen und ist absolut atemberaubend! Jahrtausende alte Geschichte direkt vor einem, hoch über der Stadt. Einfach ein absolutes Muss!

Nach erfolgreicher Stärkung geht’s jetzt weiter Richting Piräus.

Just arrived in the country of gyros, already have such a snack in my hand. And even before the kitschy-beautiful scenery of the Acropolis. More cliches at once can almost not be operated.

But: The amazingly delicious and fresh (and, admittedly, somewhat nutritious …) snack tastes too good to pass up on him. Whether made out of pork, beef, chicken, or even as a pure vegetarian version, it makes me totally immersed in the world of Greek cuisine.
And the Acropolis? The most famous temple was climbed up on foot and it‘ s absolutely stunning! Thousands of years of history right in front of you high above the city. Simply a must!
After successful strengthening, my next stop is Piraeus.
