Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace

For my city trip to Valencia I primarily chose the 4-star Ayre Hotel Astoria because of it´s great location in the heart of the city. The Plaza del Ayuntamiento is just 3 minutes away and other sights, such as the Mercat Central and the Cathedral of Valencia, are easy to reach in about 10 minutes.
The easiest connection to and from the airport is the metro. The nearest metro stations „Xativa“ and „Colon“ can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot.

The room itself was well designed and in a good condition. Even the bathtub could be turned into a whirlpool just by pressing a button. The bed was very comfortable, huge and because of the well darkened curtains I could sleep well, even after the sunrise. The view from my room „315“ was to backyard and not particular amazing. But because of that, it was quiet and I could start each day well rested.
The room service was very good, it was cleaned perfectly and there was nothing to complain about.

I haven´t booked breakfast or any other boarding, so I can´t say anthing about it.
